INTERIM GOVERNMENT!

 With court interdiction hanging over the system of nonparty caretaker government, diplomatic and political elders are active as go-betweens to persuade the squabbling two major political parties to agree to a neutral interim government before the March 12 opposition mass march in the capitAL.
